The Dr. who did the work is one of the best in the field of fixing the screw ups from the last Dr's, that is what was done in this case. I had to deal with pain and suffering for 20 years because the insurance co would not pay for treatment (AIG) only an pain care Dr. who kept me on Butran patch's, and topiramate for 6 years. We (my spouse & I) followed all the directions to get help from him and the workers comp here in Texas (which is set up against us) all the wy to the point to when my own Insuranse Co. said get a lawer and take us to court if you want treatment (or surgery). My Question to You as I take it As you call yourself "Dr.Walter" can a pain care Dr. in a state that does not have a Law on the books Prescribe Medical Cannabis to his patient and said patient use that Perscription out of state to purchase Medical Cannabis from a State were it is legal?
