okay here it is straight up. By law each "patient" is allowed to have 12 flowering plants and 12 seedlings. (Seedlings are defined as any plants with out flowers visible to the naked eye). so between the 2 patients you could have 24 flowering and 24 vegetative plants. A "caregiver" of 1patient is allowed 12 flowering plants and 12 vegetative plants. A caregiver of 2 patients up to 5 patients (the max) is allowed 24 flowering plants and 12 vegetative plants. each patient is allowed to possess 2.5 ounces of usable medicine. A caregiver of 1 patient is allowed to possess 2.5 ounces. A caregiver of 2 or more patient up to 5 is allowed to possess 5 ounces. you will have to do the math for your situation. the other thing to keep in mind is not to ever go over 99 plants on any one property regardless of the number of card holders. this is seemingly the magic number for federal interference.
