I've had similar issues with nausea. I visited 4 doctors who all prescribed expensive medicine which didn't help me at all. Finally a doctor said to me, "off the record, try getting some marijuana as it helps to keep the food down." It worked and my health has improved quite alot. Keep in mind that I don't live in a MM state, so I don't have experience with MM cards and how they're viewed by prospective employers.

It's good that the kid is keeping his need for MM undercover. If he's really good at hockey then a club might keep his MM use undercover because he'll help the team win and therefore help the team's revenue. The bottom line is that he'll help their bottom line, so the team would have an interest in keeping his MM use undercover. This is just a guess though as I have no experience in a situation such as this. I reckon that many professional athletes, being human, have done things which their club kept quiet about.

A good attorney may be of use if and when the kid needs one. But my guess is that the club would keep his use quiet because he's helping their revenue. Best of luck!
