Failed DOT UA need help!

On Dec.6, 2011 I took a UA for a DOT return to duty test and failed with 211n/g. The urine sample sat at the collection site for two (2) days before it was mailed off. Then it sat at MEDTOX labs for four (4) or five (5) days before being tested. I take nexium 40mg everyday for my gerd. I then went and talked with the MRO about the results and tried to explain that the nexium has been found to create false positives. I had medical info on this as well as a letter from my doctor. The MRO would not read any of it. So then I began to argue my case about the specimen being over the five(5) days of validity and he still wouldn't listen. So I went to Minnesota to a SAP (substance abuse professional) and went thru to 72hrs. of training. The SAP told me the THC would fall by half life. Well is Jan. 10, 2012 and im still testing pos.. I havent smoked since Dec.6, 2011 after I took the UA. Im 6'2 280lbs w/ a slow metabolism. I need help in getting my levels down b/c its been over 30 days and the home tests still say I'm pos..

The only effective way to rid the body of THC is to exercise. I would recommend cardio along with pushups, situps, and squat thrusts. You can also add a high fiber diet(Metamucil works great) to help excrete some extra THC through your colon. These things and time alone are the only way to get clean fast.
Pick up some cheap test strips and begin testing yourself as you exercise. Remember to use the first void of the day, as it contains the highest concentration of THC.

Absolutely correct, the only thing I would add is to maintain a steady flow of electrolyte rich fluids to help flush your system.

The nexium arguement only works for the strip test, once they send it off to GC/MS confirmation test they know exactly what substance you took.
If you are a fairly consistent smoker you probably won't be able to piss clean in 30 days, it make take 60 days or more if you smoke every day.
You might want to look into subbing with synthetic urine or 100% clean urine from someone else.

THC is not water or liquid soluble, so drinking fluids will not help him to clean out faster. He will however, want to stay hydrated while he excise's to avoid dehydration.

Ok sounds great everyone. I have time on my side. The idea of using synth urine or someone eles is not going to work for me cause all UA's frome here on are observed. So like I said its been a month since i last fired up and I smoked 2 joints a day (comm. weed) for a month and before that was like 4 joints every 2 weeks.

I wish you the best on this stoney, at 280 with a slow metabolism and heavy previous smoking you could be looking at 60 to 90 days before your system is is clean. So definitely keep up the exercise...lot's of cardio.

What makes you think that THC metabolites are among the ''foreign particles" that electrolytes have the tendency to attach to?

Please cite some linked sources which specifically states that electrolytes have any effect on THC metabolites, outlining an anatomical/physiological description of what is allegedly occurring.

Burnt Toast do you know if the detoxify brand Xxtra clean is a good long term detox? If so then can you point me in the direction of reviews for long term rather than short term. I have time to do something like this if it works. thanks
