Could it be possible that weed was created In the mid 20th century as a type of active eugenics ? It sure is plausible !

We should keep this weed stuff out of the hand of other people as it might decimate the population of the planet...

Personally I think it should be ranked up there with Ebola and mad cow disease. Terrible stuff.
