hello have 2 questions about SuperThrive

been reading these post for awhile and i say thanks to all !!!
1st can i give SuperThrive to 5 days old plants if not then when? and 2nd can i give it to fresh cut clones if so how often every spray or 1 time a day or week or what thankyou for your help and have a nice day!!!ps glad to be here
