Bag seed is a total gamble. you have no idea of when they will finish out doors.
Do not plant them right now, waste of time.

Read up on germinating the seeds, do that in spring after may 15th, then plant in containers.

the only problem is that you have no idea when they will finish flowering.

read a lot on this site and do plenty of searches to determine how to proceed.
