Planting bagseed outside?

Hey i was just wondering what would happen if i planted some seeds i found in bags in my backyard. I have about 20 seeds from bags and i also have a few blue dream seeds i purchased. If i were to just throw them in soil inside or out would they grow? thanks!

PS I'm in new york and its getting very cold here so would planting outside still work?

Not a good idea to throw them outside this time of year especially in NY. My advice would be to give them to someone who is willing to take the time to grow them right. Maybe for a little share of the end product.
