    Seed strains,,who to trust?

Here's a question that I think a lot of newbies would like to know,,different strains of seeds and and who to trust buying them. For many years now, there's been many online seed banks opening up online,,dispensaries and other places are popping up all over and that's all good,,but hey, The more the word is out there the better,,,The question is, how does the newbie know what strain of seeds he's getting from the seed banks? Maybe he's paid top bucks for top strain and finds out he's got some shit weed, not near what he was looking for when he ordered them,,maybe the guy at the seed bank took a bunch of seeds out of the same jar mixed in with different ones,,who knows what we're getting,,,It's expensive enough paying 200 bucks to play russian roulette with 10 seeds.

Nowadays there are more strains of weed than ever and all seeds look alike to me ,,would you know the difference between a Kink Kush seed and a White Shark/Blueberry) Nope, neither would I, or between a Hybrid and an Indica seed,,it's nuts, there's hundreds of strains out there,,making my head numb,,,geez,,no maybe it's the joint I just had,,lol,,what are your views on this?:smokin:

    Seed strains,,who to trust?

Hands down... Serious Seeds. they have been perfecting the same 5 strains since 1994. I have grown many of their strains with great success. the only one I didnt like was Chronic.
AK-47 was amazing. kalimist and bubblegum were also pretty awesome. I never grew white russian though.
I will say that I was greatly impressed with germination and my ratio of male to female 2-1. no hermies.

Serious doesnt try to come up with the latest hype strain to put in magazines to get attention or increase sales. they have been consistant in their efforts to stabilize the strains they have, and they do an amazing job.
There are many breeders who will cross strains in their basement and sell them on the net, be wary of a companies history and backround before buying their seeds.
there are many different breeders out there who take the job seriously ( no pun intended) but my experience with serious has made me a believer.

    Hope this helps.

AK-47, hands down my favorite strain of all time. so yeah I am a little biased.

    Seed strains,,who to trust?

I just ordered some super skunk seeds from these guys:

    marijuana-seeds dot nl

They came yesterday, took a little over a week.

Look good but I haven't tried them yet.

I had trouble figuring out what I'm doing with serious seeds, in as far as it's not as user friendly as the place I ordered from.

How do you know who to order from? Since it's a network of growers?

    Doesn't matter?

That's probably more about being a newbie buyer though.

the thing is most of the main seedbanks (not to be confused with dealers/brokers) dont ship to the USA. now your dealers will ship and yes some are charlatans making a quick buck. do your homework and take a chance with the seemingly best. choose from a nirvana selection and order one pack. its not terribly expensive so you if things dont work out, you wont be crying turds and shittin tears. around 20 30 dollars for a noob to practice on. I KNOW WHAT YOUR THINKING...shooooot i want the best strain out there so i can grow some kill. guess what it probably wont be that much different unless youve run through all your noob mistakes. dont get crazy and try to be a strain whore so fast, let the experience teach you and eventually youll be answering questions instead of asking (well, for the most part anyway.) what i mean is, youll never stop learning this is school for life.
