:jointsmile:Those of you just dropping in. The green squares below a persons username is a result of reps!

The reps are given by going to the left lower star in a post. You click on it and you either give a positive rep for a post you read or a negative one. No rep, to me, is the same as a neg one.

Then there is a small space for a short comment. You can write what you like in that.You are limited to not giving to the same person within a certain amount of time or giving too many over 24 hours. So, use your reps wisely, but use them!

If you want to see your reps, you must go to upper right of Forum Top of page and about the 3rd thing past your username, it has settings. You click on that (settings) and view your reps.
Let me know if you understand this. I've posted it before and some did not understand. And that is all the "green" Ga is talking about in this thread! Happy reps. :rastar
