Help ! When to harvest ?

The plant is 4weeks + into flowering . The light is at 13/11. In a microscope the trichomes look mostly cloudy or about 60/40 but pistil hairs seem still fresh and white. Older leaves and big fans are yellowing and falling off and even turning brown. No nutes . Any ideas??

Was this an autoflower? If not you should have another 4 or 5 weeks before cutting time. Give them atleast one more run of nutes and then just water.

No I think its not autoflower . An Indica strain called top 44 from Netherland and was supposed to be very quick and good for beginners. This is from a seed from my first grow and then it did not take so long but maybe I harvested too soon.

I'm just curious about the 13/11.. Buds grow in the dark.. More darkness.. Danker Dank! 12/12 schedule,interest you any? Ya outta start movin' the clock back a bit. You'll be happier in the end result.

You still got a while yet. Grow Bible says harvest individual store are when 70% of pistols have withered 90% of the tricomb heads are cloudy and ember (as little ember as possible as these are past peek) and finally bud mass has stopped increasing.

4 weeks is only 28 days ....fastest I have ever had was 45 days, I call 4 weeks about average half way point.

@thorson.... If you have the space....and lowered your lamp to hit your plant as side lighting....your plant will yield more than what it will with how the lamp is hitting it now.... That main top cola is stopping you from lowering the lamp right above the plant, reducing light penetration.... If you were to place the lamp on the side of the plant, you'd be able to get it closer.... Either that or bend that cola over.... IDK....I'm just throwing my :twocents: out there....

Your harvest time is strain dependent. more sativa=more time in flower. If its more indica, your still looking at 8-9 weeks. your plant is pretty stalky, so It doesnt have a hell of a lot of sativa in it
(although nearly every plant grown today is a mix of sativa and indica)
Try not to get hasty. You will hate yourself in the short term for not having smoke, but in the long run you will be stoked on your yield and potency increase in the last 2 weeks.

Side note: 12/12 will maximize hormone production during your dark cycle, not by much... actually you'll probably see more of a benefit when it comes to your electric bill by going 12/12 than your plants will.
If 13/11 =13on/11off...

i would cut the lights back to like 11/13 or 10/14 for the yellow leaves, maybe a small dose of nitrogen, be careful not to put too much though cause it can slow bud growth but it should help your yellow leaves.
