First click on Reply then to post pics you click on the picture frame icon right next to the film icon on the quick reply header or you can go to the Advanced icon at the bottom and go to manage attachments and you can upload from there also. Im still kinda asleep right now so if you cant understand this let me know and ill explain better when i wake up a little more haha
