Ok considering its your first time. I'd suggest get some floros unless you can afford otherwise and go with the HPS like everyone says. But I for one prefer getting the hang of everything the first time then if I feel like I can in fact successfully grow crop I'm gonna invest a lot into this. Seeds you can start out from the best bag of shit u buy. Make sure the seed is strongly built (doesnt crack or squish when u push down on it). Get mylar for reflection. A fan I seem to find very nesessery (spelling). And give them love

I live with a chick who smokes and i have a whole basement that has nothing in it. There is a crappy little window but that can be covered. If i decided to start growing. Could it be done in my basment? What would i need to buy (besides seeds and soil). I don't want a huge Yeild. I would want to yeild an ounce once in like 6 months.
