My plants are growing too tall

They are in flower will it hurt them to tie them down. They keep growing into the lights every 2 or 3 days. Like 2 or 3 inches. They're getting too tall the cabinet only has like 1 more foot of space will it hurt to tie them down. What can I do ?

Mine has outgrown my space too. LST is the best way.. That way your not trimming and compromising your harvest. Bend till your hearts content!

bending is fine, just watch out for branches that have too much tention as they can break.
If I pollinate a plant in the corner of my basement, does that make me a breeder?:i feel stupid:

If you have questions, feel free to message me. The more successful growers there are out there, the better this world is!
