An enraging and touching story.

Recently in my local news there has been the story of two people, Talor Giresi and David Ivins. Taylor is a 20 y/o cowardly piece of human trash who decided it would be funny to videotape him beating up a helpless homeless man and post it on youtube. Well police caught wind of this and arrested him for assault amongst other charges, as well as the 17 y/o cameraman. He's being held on $110k bail no 10% in Monmouth county jail (where I am sure he got a warm welcome).

Well as a result of the media coverage there has been an outpouring of support for David and he has been reunited with his family who he had been estranged from. People have been showing up around the clock with donations and food and people wanted to give him a real Christmas (after the videotaped beating Giresi ran away saying "Merry Christmas, Happy Chanukah or w/e the fuck you are"). He had been put up in a local hotel and is currently detoxing alcohol at a local hospital until he ships out to a 4mo rehab program out in PA.

Of course a Facebook fan(hate) page has been opened up for Giresi and a page in support of David Ivins has also been opened up with over 3k likes at this point. People from around the world have been wishing Ivins well and wishing a painful end to Giresi. Proud to be a human when I see people show compassion like that. I know how difficult alcoholism can be due to family relations plus volunteer work I do that benefits people in similar situations to Ivins so I really hope all this love he and support he is getting will be the factor that will turn his life around.

Decided to post about it after reading lots of the comments in support of the man, got me all emotional.. :sadcrying

It wasn't an altogether brutal beating though, actually it was very cowardly on the part of the attacker; even though Ivins was weak and inebriated this little shit would run up, throw a punch and run away like a little bitch repeatedly.

That's awesome of you and don't worry because that little shit is going to get his in jail and court. I am sure the prosecutors office is being bombed with phone calls and letters to go hard on this kid. Fuck I've even seen posts in Polish saying the kid should burn in hell.... Plus I've been to that jail he is being held in pre-trial... I got into it with the COs and they let a bunch of trustees into my cell to fuck with me but once they got in my cell they realized they didn't want to and walked away lol.. sure this kid not going to be that lucky. The COs will spread the word without a thought.
