Looks like the bill failed....
Found this....
"Introduced by Rep. Kelly Alexander (D), Rep. Patsy Keever (D), and Rep. Pricey Harrison (D) on Mar. 21, 2011; Passed 1st reading in the House and referred to the Committee on Rules, Calendar, and Operations of the House on Apr. 4, 2011; Died because the bill did not advance before the "crossover deadline" [date by which legislation must pass one Chamber to be considered for the remainder of the legislative session] (June 9, 2011)"
Found it here.... 6 States with Pending Legislation to Legalize Medical Marijuana - Medical Marijuana - ProCon.org
Hope this helps....

Ahh, so sorry CH3!:smokin: I read it! Hope you like the snow. :jointsmile:On the upside, it is a great place to fish, canoe, kyak, canoe, sit in a boat and get loaded, then go and do some more fishin, hiking, skiing and whatever you like! Fly a kite in Lincoln City (the beach). Alot of pretty fine country there! And of course, my oldest and longest stoner friend in life! Now counting out 80 yrs old! and would stay stoned if it weren't for supply problems!:rasta: pr

yea i love the snow i am used to it being born in colorado, but i love being outdoors so Oregon is going to be the place to be, plus the mountains and ocean are literally right next to each other great views while surfing/snowboarding/skating

Wait there, I wouldn't be so quick to pass up Colorado either! Seems the most progressive stance on mmj and legalization is starting there! And the outdoors is just as great, but minus the ocean! I love fising in Colorado! In the middle of August sitting in a boat with the quietness and calm and a real backdrop of a low and closeby snow-capped Mtn top! the other side fields of grass valleys and wildlife! For a minute there I felt a 40 lb trout on my line! Not to mention all the 4X4 n and all the other outdoor things! I can't find anything to dislike in Colorado, well, exept, the snow! Both places have it. And it does snow in Lincoln City on the beach in Oregon (have a bud pal that lives there, also). But, then there is always the 'old age' issue and physician ass't death in Oregon.
Sometimes, it is nice to be a bit closer to family and 'home!' Weigh your options. I will never again live where mmj is not accepted in one way or another! It is nice to stop hiding and sneaking around like a friggin bandit! Many of us have done it most of our lives! pr

Whew hit a chord there! Man am I glad to be in a state where I don't have to feel like some kind of outlaw! One of our 'Supes' was heard to say that 'they' (we growers) have kept this county affloat these last few years so don't, you know.... Didn't I just love havin that hen to roost. It is making a bigger and bigger difference, with so many, in so many places changing their attitudes about MMJ I believe it will not only continue to prevade in our states and elsewhere, it could very well corrode what little confidence we have in the government. Like they need that, they either own up to the truth and get off the nipple of Drug and ? who else, and take it off 'Schedule 1 class' or continue toward absolute distrust and being ignored. The later could get bad.
