You are correct, many are still worried about Federal Law. The main problem I notice is the homeowner that believes, "I can get my property seized" if the Feds come in and you have a tiny bud! These are the uneducated and under the mushroom of I don't want to learn anything!

It is absurd to think that a Federal Agent will come in and find, you the only toker around with enough on you to waste the entire state! You really have to go looking for 'trouble' for any property seizure. Like, growing over your limit, a disturbance or something that is a nuisance! And it isn't the act of smoking that is the problem, in most cases!

The same people that worry about a toker on their property and losing it, will be the first one that makes a U turn in a no U turn or turning Left in a No left turn. Seems they get enough attention from the law they become afraid and do not arm themself with enough of the 'facts.' I know people that have been arrested and given their plants back.

The Feds are called in by the State and seem to be focused on the "Store Front' variety of marijuana. People don't want to see it. It has been a sub-culture for so long, they want it to remian that. Sort of like, well XX rated movies and porn! A cross between OTC stuff and flix. Legalization will be the only way to get it accepted. Glad to hear you happy! pr thanks for an update:rasta:

I've tried to quit and take breaks and haven't found it to be too difficult, but i always rationalize my way into blazing again after a week or so. I love smoking nugs. Smoking weed got me off depression and sleep meds and really restored my relationship with my brother.
