About 250w

Hi i have a 250w lamp 180 hgt 110 wth and 65 dph industrial intake and out take fans loads of ventilation. i have had my plant in for 5 to six days and its sprouted two leaves and nothing else, i used 400w before and it had say four leaves by now starting to split off and grow more, is it due to 250w lamp i have now is it double the time. the temp whilst off hits 21.5 at lowest highest is 28.8 or 29.0, can anyone give me some good advice. experience growers reply only plz.

I'm not understanding the question.

Are you asking if the 250watt light is as good as the 400watt light?...for seedlings? (Is this HPS?)

Either one would work great for vegging or seedlings..The 400 watt HPS light can flower 3-5 female plants very well...
the 250 watt HPS light can flower 2-4 female plants, very well.
