What a Bunch or Malarkey. I can guarantee they would never ask a patient to wait months to get their prescription filled at the pharmacy.

In fact my husband gets a complimentary prescription from one of the drug manufacturers & even when he doesn't get a refill request in on time they have procedures to expedite it.

Glad to see the dept of health doesn't think this applies, our tax dollars at work.
