Trying soil again. I'm keeping my aero system for tomatoes for now until I dial it in

What is your experience level? (first timer, novice, experienced...)

    first timer

    Your Equipment:
.1) Type and wattage of lights. (MH, HPS, CFL's, tube fluorescents, LED's)

LEDs 90 Watt UFO with 8 Watt blue LED satellite

    .2) Distance from tops?

    ~20 inches to start

.3) Reflector type? (cool tube set-up, bat wing, enclosed reflector, bare bulb...)

    UFO, bare LED bulb

.4) Is there a consistent fresh air supply?

Yes, 6 inch ventilation fan next to window

.5) Do you have an exhaust fan and a circulation fan?

Yes, circulation fan is on 24/7 along with exhaust fan

.6) What are the bulb wattages, kelvin ratings, and schedule?

90Watt LEDs Mostly RED but also blue (claims 4 spectrums but the others have questionable usefulness)

    Your medium:
.7) Specific brand and type of soil, (coco, peat based soilless...) and anything you've added to it. (vermiculite, perlite, worm castings...)

This time I'm starting it in Light Warrior, Once the dixie cup potential is exceeded (not sure how to determine that), I plan in mixing 33% light warrior, 66% Ocean Forest

    .8) Size of container.

Starting in 8oz dixie cups, Planning on moving it to 12 inch pots once the plant matures enough in the dixie cup

.9) Did you use peat pucks (or similar) to root clones or germinate seedlings?

Germinated seed with paper towel method, Also have one in a rapid rooter which will grow similarly

    Your nutrients and water:
    10) Source of water? (tap, bottled or filtered) What's it's ph before adjusting?

RO water with 1/4 strength Cal Mag supliment, Ph ~6. Plan on using H2O2 at 2 ml/gal.

    11) Method of checking water ph. (ph pen, test strips, aquarium test kit...)

    Calibrated pen.

    12) Method of adjusting water ph. (phosphoric acid, white vinegar, hydrated lime, PH Up...)

    Ph UP/Down

    13) Specific brand and N-P-K ratio for each bottle. List dosages (quantity per gallon) and current feeding schedule.

To start I don't plan on using any for the first couple of weeks until I see solid growth. Then I plan to transplant to 33% light warrior, 66% Ocean forest so I don't plan on adding any nutes. I do have Big Bloom and Tiger Bloom ready though.

    14) How often are you watering between feedings, and how much per watering?

Only watered before planting so far, cellophane wrap is maintaining top soil humidity at this early seedling stage. Not sure how to keep the watering going afterwards.

    15) Any additives or tea's? (Superthrive, CalMag, molasses, Mother's Earth...)

Cal Mag. Had a small amount of superthrive in initial watering.

    16) Are your ph levels stable, or do they fluctuate?

Haven't verified run off yet because I didn't water again.

    17) What is your ingoing water's ph? ...your runoff ph?

ingoing 6.0, again not sure of runoff

    18) Do you foliar feed? If so, with what, how often, and at what time do you spray?

    no

Your growroom (see picture, ignore the aeroponic buckets):
    19) Indoors or outdoors?

    indoor

    20) What size of closet, room or hut?

120sqft room, tent is 30 cft 36x24x60 inches

    21) What are the temps and humidity levels while lights are on? ...With lights off?

72-84. Surrounding room get to 79 but I can't figure out how to keep the tempertures further down. (suggestions ?)

    22) Have you seen signs of insects in the growroom?

    no

    Your strain:
    23) What strain are you growing? (Indica dominate or Sativa dom?)

1 Sativa AK47 started in the rapid rooter, going to transplant to dixie cup after which to 12" pots. Plan to make it a mother. (main goal is anti-anxiety creativity fuel, and activity enjoyment)

1 Indica Blueberry Auto. (Main goal is to assist in combating insomnia)

    24) From seeds or clones?

    seeds

    25) Is this an autoflower strain?

    The indica blueberry is.

Just one thing I noticed right off.. Try not to use the calmag.. Replace it with Grandma's Unsulfered mollassas. Use that with the superthrive. Rusty Trichome strayed me away from the calmag.. Things have been way better since the trade off, too!

You will need to be careful with the molasses and FFOF. It acts as a nutrient accelerator (RT taught me that too... credit where credit is due). Good choice with the FFOF. I suggest bringing your pH up to 6.5 - 6.8 as soon as they root. The FFOF will help buffer your pH. I don't have any info on your light. I use LEDs and with the right ones you can definitely do well. You can go ahead and move the light right down once they've established their 1st set of real leaves. Be prepared to add some CFLs if the UFO isn't preforming as expected. Also, they don't penetrate the canopy worth a damn. Scrog or LST is the way to go. Are you concerned with odor because they are going to stink at some point...

What's wrong with calmag? How much molasses should I use at the different stages? does that contain the necessary calcium and magnesium?

I do have some 300 watt cfls around which I might use in flowering. I am concerned about the heat though. As for the stink, I can hardly wait for it

I have a carbon air filter if it gets too bad and I also built a box with a large case fan in which I will place some cvs odor eliminator stuff. Should I put thosein the tent or by the tent exhaust?

This auto blueberry's leafs are curling. It started about 3 days ago in light warrior and at the time the soil was very wet so I think it was due to being over-watered but now the dixie cup is dry and it doesn't seem to be recovering and the leafs seem to start losing their intense green.

Should I give it more time or should I water now? I plan on watering more lightly but I just don't know when the right time is.
