Grow Size and other Basic Questions from a NOOB

My first thought was to get the PC Grow Box that only houses 2 plants. They claim I could yield 3 pounds which seems very very unlikely

I couldn't get 3 pounds from 2 plants; if I weighed the dirt....:wtf:
