almost, almost,.DenverRelief!!
I've been trying to afford and make a trip to DenverRelief, but I've never had the funds to go, but because of someone here from there, I applied for a assistance program for meds, and I was approved for 50% off!!!! what a dream! so finally I saved up some funds for the trip, (3 hours away) and I couldn't get in because my renewal was over 35 days old,...sucked,..I was so dissappointed man,..but my question is, How can the state do this,..they said theyre waiting on info from the doctor and the doctor says they have it, the state said to wait until the 15th,...so now I cant get my meds because someone is hassleing me,..who, the doc,..or the registry??

We really regret not being able to let you in, and would love to see you get some medicine, but we just can't jeopardize our business. I am sure you understand that it has nothing to do with you.
From what you say, it sounds like your doctor hasn't submitted his/her license information to the CDPHE which I believe they must do.
You might try to coordinate with your doctor to make sure he has filed with the CDPHE.
Let us know if we can do anything else to help.

check craigslist.. (boulder or denver or fort collins)
this situation blows. the CDPHE hates us and the MJ program. They need to replace the entire department. This is criminal what they are doing and not even letting folks go to a different Doctor.
If I was an MMC owner - I would be throwing a fit! SO MANY PEOPLE ARE EXPIRED! You are ALL seeing less sales than you would be seeing now and patients are learning new channels for getting their meds, outside of the MMC system.

Getting mad doesn't get us very far when dealing with bureaucrats.
That said, it is ludicrous that they haven't offered a more timely solution to the affected patients. It is the doctor in question, not the patient. They should be allowed to reapply. What course of action do we have?

While I don't necessarily endorse this practice, their logic is that new patients might not know their need for MMJ was upcoming so they get a card without having to wait on CDPHE. On a renewal you knew the expiration date was upcoming for an entire year. Neither scenario can justify why it takes the CDPHE to get a card out in the first place. Not like they are getting paid $90 to process a simple form or anything.

You should definitely try to get a refund from WellDocs if you can.
The issue is that for a time Physicians Assistant's signatures were OK.
The Board of Health flip-flopping is what has caused the trouble.
Perhaps WellDocs should take some action against the state, IDK.

well the state told me to wait until the 15th,..which is odd,..they know what is going to happen or something,..but I feel that someone needs to be held responsible for this,..I have a legit need for my meds and i had to settle for low grade meds the day I couldnt get in with you guys and they suck, they dont work, they dont provide no relief whatsoever, the product sucks, poorly trimmed, not cured,..they dont know what is what, no THC or CBD levels or nothing,...I NEED MY CARD!!!!!! NOW!!!!!,....sorry,...just fustrated
