    Germination/Lift Off

    Very well, thanks! The Cotyledons are showing & just waiting for the true leaves to show so I can start with some proper lighting. My last grow was ginormous for my 1st grow. I'm cool til the spring..... at least & by then I should have a nice harvest. It's all good.

    Was checking out ur grow.... Gotta say, Sweet ride! Hopefully I will be seeing something similar in a few month!? With agriculture it's always a gamble & if something could go wrong it probably will! Just finished a widow harvest that yielded approx. 6 oz & change. Good to go form a couple months. Hopefully until the next crop? We'll see. Hopefully the cannabis gods are beaming down over me?!

    Guys/Gals:

    Question:

    Since it is what, 8 days post t-plant into soil the kids have shown the 1st set of true leaves & now looking like the 2nd set is coming in. Do ya think that I could expose them to full blast lighting?

    Cheers

    Give them time. 3 weeks and then start with the light up high and lower it over the course of 1 - 2 weeks assuming HID lighting.

    Thanks for the quick comeback. Actually fluorescent T12's with some ancillary 45W singles.

    I use to use T12. Two bulbs, (6500k) 4ft. shop lights...:thumbsup:

    Works great for 3 weeks vegging..but, a little slower than HO T5's
    Best thing about T12's...you can touch the leaves with the bulb...it won't burn...but 2 inches is great a distance for T12's the first 2 weeks.

    T12 = 40 watts T8 = 32 watts HO T5 = 54 watt 4 ft - 24 watts 2 ft.
