If it were mine, I would fix the light leak issue and inspect the plant daily to trim out the male flower pods; then continue the grow and pray that none of the pods opened. If they did open, then harvest at desired ripeness deal with the seeds. One thing though, I wouldn't use any of the seeds if you get any..they will have predominately hermaphroditic tendencies.
