    It looks like it, but I'm not by any means an expert.
    One of the wiser ones will come and let you know for sure sooner or later...
    But for now, I believe that you do have a hermies on your hands...

    probably...was it a fem seed?

    most standard advice is to pick the nanners off ..and hope it's not too many

    I would grow as normal...unless you are picky about your weed

    It was some random seeds I had, dont know what they were. When I say they I mean their were 2 of them and the other plant may have been the hermaphrodite that pollinated the one of pics posted, The other plant has since been terminated.

    So does the plant lose some of its bud quality if its a hermie or pollinated like this in the 36th day of flowering? will the weed still be of some use??

    Those are most definately hermaphrodites. Those are open male flowers (pollen sack) at the base of the female flower (bud). If it were mine, I would snip out off of the male pollen sacks and gently attempt to blow away as much pollen as possible in a direction away from other buds in an effort to keep your pollination level down, otherwise you could end up with more seed than useable material. As for potency of seeded buds, they can be just as stoney as non-seeded bud, so salvage what you can.
