smoking seeds, yes or no?

smoking resin & all of that yabberjabber is bad for you, i know. but what about smoking seeds? does it get you high in the least bit? is it safe? what are bad effects? etc~.

I know chicks like birdseed,but....... Really? Seeds.... It's about the buds! Rope or birdseed only from hemp,though! Little birdies get high,too!
