I have no lymph swelling, nor does my patient.
If the neutrophils are not elevated and there's no fever, it's a red flag.
You'd best look into that.
I'd want a biopsy if my lymph nodes were enlarged in your situation.
Again, I'm not a doctor, so run this by the oncologist.
