exercise and sweat a lot....dont smoke so much in the wake and bake session and wait as long as you can before you smoke again. if youre like me thats like in an hour, but thats me.......also your diet.......if you smoke on an empty stomach u will get higher.....dont eat when you get the munchies as that will bring you down.....smoke out of a vape, if not, then bong, if not then joint, and last a bowl if thats what u got.....i put in that order because it goes from highest thc content for the method used......if all this seems like bunk then try concentrates or edibles
