Paranoia Question
Has anyone (or heard of someone) ever failed a drug test for a potential job and had the employer call the police and tell them they know someone who smokes weed? Is it legal? What do you say if asked for explanation to not sound like an ass?

Paranoia Question
Law can't do anything to you! possesion is 9/10 of the law. Not against the law to smoke, but it is to possess. Don't worry! So... You smoke weed. That boss is a snitch!

I think it is against the law to smoke. I am asking more if it violates my right to privacy and/or self incrimination.

Paranoia Question
If your probation officer took/ordered the drug test as part of parole? It is part of the process. If taken for pre-employment: I am 'guessing' it could not be used, as it may be out of the scope of legit 'evidence' and can be contested. Who knows?
Why would anyone call the police on a pre-employment screen? Doesn't seem feasible! pr
