I put my seeds in a shotglass of ph'd water. As soon as they crack open,I put them in whatever medium I choose to use at the time of planting. Normally a rockwool cube.

If the seeds are floating they are not going to sprout. You want them to sink.

Can I ask if you planted those seeds with the tap root up? It just looks that way in the pic.
