My First Grow, Is this normal.

My setup is a 600 hps, 1 by 1 by 1.6meters. Carbon exhaust inside tent then ducting to fan which is outside at bottom hole then ducting straight to window 1.6 meters away. I have 2 spining fans the first is at the top and the second is about 1ft of the ground faning the canopy lol. I am using bag weed seeds from a lovely fluffy bag ov weed, kush seeds which where very fluffy my first plant was grown under window sill(long story pmsfl). But is now under my lamp and since i gave it Nuts it has bloomed and i am really impressed by how much growth it's doing since under light on the 11/11/11 and it's 12days under my lamp and WOW it's SHOOTING OUT with leaves evry where pmsl. But the first set of true pointy leaves) are curling under?? but i cant tell if the other leaves are folling as there still small. Also i have recently germinated about 15 bag seeds, half in a container with kitchen paper in the dark and the rest in soil plastic cups(yeh i no with holes@ the bottom lol). And i am totaly amazed by the process it goes thru it's TRULLY AMAZING......pics to come once i sus this site out and upload them PMSFL. More to come and my main aim is to get as much help/Advice i can get, as there is loads i really need to ask some one about watering/feeding also how far should my lamp be and just basic NOOB's 'Q's lol....

I may be reading this wrong, but it seems like you have way too powerful of a light for such a small space. How far away are the plants from the light? Also, you gave nutes (nuts lol) waaay too early. What soil is it in? You need to do a lot more reading before you ask a ton of questions; everything you have asked has been answered plenty of times.
