Dilution Question
The "Dilution Sticky" says to take 10 times the recommended dosage for the B vitamins. The B complex says it (one pill)contains 1176% of the recommended daily value of B2. Does this mean that one is enough or do I need to take more? Also can I eat food the day of the test and how long before I start drinking water can i eat.

Dilution Question
10 times the recommended dosage is a little excessive, 3 or 4 tablets will be sufficient. Sure you can eat food the day of the test, it will have no affect on you passing or failing. It may however, provoke you too have to take a #2 when your voiding at test time. That is something you'll have to think about before you start your dilution process.

Dilution Question
Thanks for the tip. Can you still test positive if you follow this method? Or will it be diluted if anything?

Dilution Question
It must be understood that dilution techniques (in any configuration) are far from being 100% effective. They can backfire if the THCA concentration in the bladder is too high. For most heavy users, it would be virtually impossible to dilute that concentration enough without sending the creatinine and SG levels into a downward spiral and sending up the red flags at the lab. Thanks for the tip. Can you still test positive if you follow this method? Or will it be diluted if anything?
Also, with creatinine and SG checks having become SOP in recent times, sample color became the least aspect in determining an overly diluted sample. Even samples with a nice yellow color to them can still fall below the acceptable levels for creatinine and SG.
