Its all good. This log has been over for awhile. If I decide to top, it's sometimes around the 5th-8th node. Sometimes ill top when the plant is growing taller than the rest in veg. and I kinda cut the plant to the same height as the others. haha. I have never topped more than once that I can remember. No reason, just never done it.

ok, cool thanks. My last grow was my first time topping I only topped one plant, I wanted to see the difference between topped and not topped. The topped plant yielded me two ounces while the ones i left alone yielded 1-1.5 ounces. So naturally I wanna top all my girls this time around. Thanks for the help

I pretty much just leave everything all natural these days but I downsized my grows so I dont really concentrate on yields anymore. I think when i was growing in this setup that I actually got better yields leaving the plants natural and did my final transplant at an angle. I pretty much just tied the top of the plant down and let it grow sideways. It was a faster turnaround with less stress. Just something I noticed with my plants. Its fun to play around with all the different methods.

Thats a really good idea, thank you for sharing that with me. I will be trying that with a few of my girls this time around.

I like topping because I love the look of a beastly plant with 6-7 tops. My last topped plant had over 7 tops, I only topped once, so I think I got lucky getting that many, it was just an amazing plant.

They are just fun to grow. I wasnt trying to persuade to grow like i did in the last pics i was just showing that theres many ways to grow these plants. Always keep an open mind. It's just a hobby for me so I try to make it fun and have a good time with it. So do you do any lsting or just top?

I tied last grow, IDK if it worked but they were pretty bushy and had alot of lower and side growth.

can you look at my grow log, I'm running into a problem with some spots idk what it is. I think it may be from my soil being to hot when I planted them, but I want to make sure its not a deficiency.
