Yeah those buds are too old to produce seeds. You need to stress them early on to get pollen sacks which means loosing the rest of the plant or risk pollinating your entire room...

While there are some specifics on some of the different methods used to get your lady to produce some pollen, most of it is a little unclear for someone to simply try and succeed. I invite anyone with experience in any of these methods to chime in with what they know to help me and others.
