Insomniacs (or not) Bed Routine? A.M. routine?
I agree you do need to change up so the effect is 'fresh', have some Blue Dream right this very moment and am hoping that it will deliver me to some slumber real soon. I like the 'purps' for sleep and pain. you know PE and GDP, but I just harved some Bluberry K that is very effective for me. About the books, if I start reading I could be up till light!

I think we all have heard what the experts say works. But, What really works for you?? For the past 4 months I have done exactly the same thing. Go to bed at the same time. Take whatever vitamins (hope it isn't an infraction to say that here), "sleepy time" chamomile tea, toke if I feel the need, brush my teeth and lie down. Then, my little 7.2 pound dog thinks she has to be under the covers, because I am. So, she roots Rating: 5
