Don't change the tea, but try about every Indica and new strain I can get me hands on! With the collectives (and Farmers Markets) here, it is pretty easy to get a variety and reasonably priced different strains. I just try them all! No problem here! There is a Blue Dream XX, I am dying to get my hands on though! Haven't seen it yet, just read the review! I am thinking, maybe it was a daytime bud though-read it about 5 mos. ago! Right now the Tahoe OG is real popular and very good!

I like to read a good book on, well my last book was about the American Indian snuffed by the American Pilgrims! I don't remember the name of the book. A good friend of mine reads more than a book a day and gives me the best ones to read! :jointsmiler

I think we all have heard what the experts say works. But, What really works for you?? For the past 4 months I have done exactly the same thing. Go to bed at the same time. Take whatever vitamins (hope it isn't an infraction to say that here), "sleepy time" chamomile tea, toke if I feel the need, brush my teeth and lie down.
