When I work I go to bed after 12 before 2 am and wake up at 6, when I'm off I go to sleep whenever I feel like it. Sometimes I stay up all night and sleep till 5pm the next day. I never have a steady sleep schedule. I smoke whenever and sleep whenever.

I think we all have heard what the experts say works. But, What really works for you?? For the past 4 months I have done exactly the same thing. Go to bed at the same time. Take whatever vitamins (hope it isn't an infraction to say that here), "sleepy time" chamomile tea, toke if I feel the need, brush my teeth and lie down. Then, my little 7.2 pound dog thinks she has to be under the covers, because I am. So, she roots Rating: 5
