I'm sure others don't have the energy I.do, but I like to work out in the evenings. Just enough to get my heart rate up for like ten min straight. That helps wear me out a little bit. Also, I try to breathe long and deep for as long as possible ( that's usually the part where I pass out). It I have insomnia as well, my usual knock out time lately is seven am. Then I'm back up at noon or even before sometimes, then I get on here and sit and toke a bit and pass back out. This has been my routine for close to two.weeks now, idk what happened because I used to pass out at three or four am. And id be up for the day around eight/ nine am. This is a great thread, I'm interested too see more methods; I could use the ideas... :jointsmile:

I think we all have heard what the experts say works. But, What really works for you?? For the past 4 months I have done exactly the same thing. Go to bed at the same time. Take whatever vitamins (hope it isn't an infraction to say that here), "sleepy time" chamomile tea, toke if I feel the need, brush my teeth and lie down.
