Is Colorado Next???
It's been a month since the stupidity (smash and grab at gunpoint....I mean "search warrants served") started in California....and today the Feds raided many state legal medical cannabis organizations in Washington.... If this trend keeps up....they'll no doubtebly be hitting another state.... Colorado maybe???
Be safe my friends....playing by the rules makes for an easy target....which sucks because it's such BS!!!!

We certainly hope not, and there are a lot of people, not just mmj proponents, who would fight against federal intervention here.

The word crackdown is a bit misleading.
Only MMC's near schools will be receiving letters and they will be allowed to relocate.
Writing letters is what lawyers are good at, and it doesn't use many resources.

I think it's a good idea to keep dispensaries away from schools, but it galls me that the Feds are using existing drug law to decide what should be a zoning question settled by city councils and county commissioners. Our state law gives local governments almost total discretion on whether or not to allow MMCs at all and where they are permitted to operate.
