Colorado remains the only state with comprehensive, industry-wide regulation and that *may* be protecting us from federal intervention. It certainly makes the legal side of things much more difficult for the US Attorney here and there haven't been any rumblings about anything like is going on elsewhere.

Of course they wouldn't warn us if they were.

Transparency is something that the new regulations have required and good copious records stave off accusations of money laundering.

That said, the tide could change.

We certainly hope not, and there are a lot of people, not just mmj proponents, who would fight against federal intervention here.
