Countries will buy oil from whatever countries they can. politics don't even enter into it any more. France needs Libyas oil. Alerika needs any oil it can get from terrorist nations like Saudi Arabia. Any country that doesn't buy oil from terrorist nations will just crash and burn there economies. We have no choice now. We've backed the world into a corner. In order for industrialized civilization to remain it needs vast amounts of oil. Virtually everything in your house required fossil fuels to make. Now if we had listened to JFK and even Jimmy Carter decades ago we might be in a better position to bargain with these countries. But its too late for that now. Either they sell oil to us or we take them out. And don't even think about not using the US dollar as payment.
