Maybe some early testing, but why waste a weapon like that on Hugo Chavez....for 700,000 barrels a day? Thats a drop in a bucket overall. Science people say oil go away now for 150 years. It always something, next 10 years, next 20 years. They guessing and have no clue whatsoeva.
