why i love weed, lol ;)

That might not be the best title for this post, but whatever...
I personally feel that ppl who sit around all lazy and say its because " i was high," are full of bologna. It's all about the lyfestyle choice in my opinion; if you prioritize any aspect of your life like a responsible person, you will come to realize that work comes before play. I've been an overall active/ healthy person my whole life, but high school braught chaos to my life. With High school came anti-depressants and anti-anxiety pills, not strong perscriptions, but not very nice ones none the less. A few weeks later I was introduced to Newport Pleasure, I was sixteen going on seventeen and clueless. But a few weeks later I quit, everything. I had sighned myself up for a residential schooling program, and listed " none" under the prescribed medication section. Once I was far enough away from my mom I threw the pills. Later I realize the danger in that decision, but I'm fine. It took barely a week ( we were doing intensive physical training) before I felt a difference in myself, but it was noticable, at least to me. Like having the right perscription lenses in my glasses finally. As corny as this sounds, it felt so good to go jogging with an clear head and taste the fresh air. Like freedom I guess. Lol. I graduated and picked up smoking again in college about three months later. ( wasn't into weed yet) but I still had anxiety. When you spend six months constantly active, its hard to come home and sit in class and have such slow day; thus, the anxiety. It wasn't untill recently I made a lifestyle change again. I was smoking cigs and taking prescriptions for my back pain, and was talking to a doctor.about.looking into something for my anxiety. Well I met a guy... And he introduced me to cannabis. Approx three yrs ago now... Wow. But I talked to my doctor and we.worked it out for me to get my card. I love it! I wake up, smoke my morning bowl, then I sit. I sit for aroung an hour ( give or take; time makes me anxious so I try not to worry about it when I'm.relaxing) and I meditate. I just direct my thaughts, usually twards something I find personally peaceful. When I'm done meditating, I'm usually hungry and ready to start my day. I fell much less tense and more openminded about the obsticals that may await me that day. And then I usually do cardiovascular workouts in the evenings, before I smoke. With this routine I manage to stay sane, lol. I'm three years clean after quitting cigs cold turkey, and I don't take any over the counter or perscription drugs. All the vitamins and protiens I need I can work into my diet. I'm a much more peaceful monded, and sound person. I'm very thankful for the legalization of cannabis, its helped me a lot.

Hey there PGS420, this could be an interesting thread!

Why I love pot! It got me off of a bunch of prescription and OTC meds. I meet people and enjoy life a lot more! I am more physically active than I was before I used it freq. and for medical purpose's! I love my medibles and can medicate whenever and where I want!

Plus, I like the attitude I have when I am medicated! I may have a problem, but it just doesn't seem to matter what it was, duh-forget about it and chill!

The first hundred years of life are the hardest! With mmj, it seems like a pleasant dream! pr
