help Stinkyattic!
Hi All,
Stinky, Have you read my post about lime caucsing my Mag def? I use 1 tablespoon of dolomite lime from Lowes to 1 gallon of soil. I stopped using tap water just to see if that was a secondary source of too much cal knocking out my cal/mag balance. I'm using distilled water from k-mart until i get this handled. My ph is 6.5-6,7 wit lime but cal mag is screwed up every time i use lime! Using epsom salt as a foliage feed is only a temp solution. I just can't get this matter resolved. I also read that a guy told another person to add 1 tablespoon of epsom salt to soil as well as foliage spray to leaves-only problem wit putting it in soil- the salt! Please give me any advice to help clear this problem up.smoothy Reviewed by smoothy on . help Stinkyattic! Hi All, Stinky, Have you read my post about lime caucsing my Mag def? help Stinkyattic!
I haven't seen stinkyattic here in a few years. I believe she is at cannagraphics but I could be wrong.
The best place for this thread is under Plant Problems where you will also find a form that will help detail your grow and the issues you face. You need to start from the beginning and detail your setup. Otherwise people are just guessing. My only comments without knowing more is to ditch the cal/mag and switch to unsulphured molasses, and ditch the Epsom salts - it is only needed in minute amounts, if at all and can cause lockout and quick.

Don't Use Distilled water, it will draw nutes out of the plant.
