Oh... well... ok so you have a number of issues that need IMMEDIATE attention. The other plants haven't had that issue all along and even if they have so? They are still telling you something...

1. Up-pot yesterday. Since you didn't do that do it today. Don't delay. Flush after transplant. 2x volume pot size : water will be sufficient since you will have just added fresh soil. If you are in 1 gallon pots give them 2 gallons of water. Refer to item 3 below. You never told us how big those pots are that they are in now.

2. Figure out your soil. My advices is to get a bag of Fox Farm Ocean Forest. You won't need to add any nutes. Just go with it. It is so easy.

3. Fix your pH issue before you water again.

4. If you go with the FFOF in flower you can add a touch of nutes @ 1/8 strength. Also, no nutes for 1 week after transplanting regardless of the soil you use.

Act now. You are going to have real issues in a week regardless but if you act now you will recover. And don't use the Scotts soil. Likely it has some heavy time release nutes added. Go with the FFOF and save yourself some hassle. Please?
