Yeah I traveled the same road. However, my vape days are past me too. It may be "better" for you than straight up smoke but there is still a lot in there that is not good for the lungs. Just check out the color of the stem. That's what your lungs look like. After about a year of vaping here is what I liked best. 1. With the chamber empty heat it to maximum heat. Take a pinch of product - a bit more than a bong hit - and drop it in. You'll get two or three very good hits. 2. Empty chamber and repeat as often as needed. But at the end of the day, you're still smoking, it's just a finer smoke with less crap in it. I'm on to edibles only now. Not nearly as satisfying but I feel a TON better and my exercise routine has benefited too...
