Hold it in until you cough, then you know you inhaled. Watch out though, to much coughing will get your eyes glazed as a mothafucka.

hey take in a bit of air w/ the toke like from the side of ur mouth take in just enough air to make it bearable to breath in the smoke. next time take less air until u wean urself off of it. also what helped me was smoking tobacco (dont get addicted though) baccy smoke is a lot harsher,in my opinion, than weed smoke. smoke a (tobacco) cigar and then toke. it will make it seem much smoother. just keep trying. the good thing is at first, you will get amazing highs off a little smoke

Yeah and if your gonna choke out, pass that shit and get to coughing. It is 100% sure to make you higher, coughing opens your capillaries.
