If you have ever held a Red Card, then it will have to be a renewal. Sucks because you can't use your proof of mailing and application while you are waiting for your new card to arrive. On renewals you have to have the actual red card to purchase, grow, or legally hold. Taking close to a month lately.

Sent in a lost card notice, and they replied that it was so close to my expiration date that they couldn't send me a replacement card. Turns out it expired last week. So, I've missed the date entirely. Do I just send in a new form and don't check renewal? Is this a big deal at all? Rating: 5
