Ok you gotta know your pH of the incoming water. You gotta!

Worm casting soil????? Got a brand name? Home mix? Commercial? Or soil where worms are raised?

The fertilizer question you basically ignored and usually the biggest problem is over fertilization. I spect that between not enough light, too much N, not enough micro nutes, you don't have a chance of any real success here. You MUST have good light, both in veg and flower. You are wasting your money right now. The store fertilizer....well gooolllly gee what are they there for but to help you grow and sell you all sorts of stuff to screw up the whole process and then need to buy more crap. Just like today's doctors, give ya a pill then have to give you another because the first pill caused another problem when all you needed to do in the first place is get yer ass outside and get some sun.

Your lackadaisical approach to the questions clearly states you are not willing to do what really is necessary, you will look for shortcuts and cheapcuts that will prevent you from being successful.
