Is this lights okay for 1 plant??

i just have one cheese bomb plant, at the moment its on one florescent 15w grow bulb and its 4 weeks old and i think i need to upgrade i was just woundering if i can use blue spectrum all the was till harvest, and are two of these lights alright for one plant???

Those bulbs will do just fine if your on a budget! Try to upgrade your next grow to maybe 6 of those or a small HID fixture and ballast. Your on the right track by wanting to get more light on the subject. Good Choice!
